Brand Clarity Workshop

Get your leadership team on the same page.

My Brand Clarity Workshop brings your leadership team together to explore your brand, challenge assumptions and build a shared direction for what comes next.

Whether it’s the first step in a wider branding project or a standalone strategic session, you’ll leave with a clearer picture of where your brand stands, where the opportunities lie and the confidence to make the right decisions.

Why does that matter? Because when a business outgrows its brand, the signs aren’t always obvious.

Growth slows down. Different teams describe the business in different ways. Customers don’t quite understand what makes you different. Decisions become harder because everyone has a slightly different view of where the brand is heading.

The Brand Clarity Workshop is where branding stops being a matter of opinion and starts becoming a shared strategic direction.

If your brand no longer reflects the business you’ve become, let’s find out why.

Is this workshop right for you?

It’s designed for CEOs, founders and leadership teams who know their business has changed, but aren’t sure their brand has kept up.

You might recognise some of these challenges:

  • Growth has stalled and you’re struggling to stand out.
  • You’ve grown quickly and your brand no longer reflects the business you’ve become.
  • Different people describe the business in different ways.
  • You know your brand needs attention but don’t know where to begin.
  • The leadership team isn’t fully aligned on the future direction of the business.

If any of those sound familiar, this workshop is a good place to start.

What we’ll cover

No two businesses are the same, so no two workshops are either.

We’ll explore your brand from the inside out: who you are, what makes you different, how your customers see you, where the opportunities are and what’s getting in the way of your growth.

Along the way, we’ll challenge assumptions, ask the difficult questions and bring different perspectives together, so by the end of the session you’ll have a clearer understanding of your brand and a shared direction for what comes next.

What you’ll leave with

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have:

  • A clearer understanding of what’s helping your brand and what’s holding it back.
  • A shared understanding across your leadership team of where the brand stands today.
  • Confidence in the decisions and investments that come next.
  • A prioritised action plan.
  • A workshop summary with strengths, opportunities and recommendations.

Rather than leaving with pages of theory, you’ll leave with practical direction you can act on immediately.

Why work with me?

I’m not interested in running workshops for the sake of it. My role is to help you solve business problems using branding.

As both a brand strategist and creative director, I bring together commercial thinking and creative expertise. I simplify complex problems, help teams reach consensus and turn ideas into practical next steps.

What if we don’t know exactly what the problem is?

That’s often why clients book the workshop. Most businesses know something isn’t quite right but struggle to identify exactly what’s causing it. Together we’ll uncover what’s happening beneath the surface and agree where to focus first.

Is this only for businesses planning a rebrand?

Not at all. Sometimes the answer is a full rebrand. Sometimes it’s a clearer positioning, stronger messaging or a handful of strategic changes. The workshop helps you make the right decision rather than jumping straight to the most expensive one.

What happens afterwards?

Some clients take the recommendations and implement them internally. Others ask me to help develop the strategy, messaging and creative work. Either way, you’ll have a clear roadmap to guide your next steps.
